After an account is established, you can share large files between Print & Graphics with this secure FTP site.
Frequent FTP Users: How to Create an Account
1.  Fill out the request form below

2.  You will receive a temporary password via e-mail within two business days

3.  Using your e-mail address and temporary password, visit eBOCES to set up your permanent password and establish your forgotten password questions/answers. (Directions)

4.  Now that your account is fully set up, log into Print/Graphics FTP site

5.  Set up your wizard (PC Directions) (Mac Directions)

6.  You are now ready to use the site to upload your files
FAQ
A. The Wizard is a browser plug-in which allows you to upload/download multiple files or folders. It supports drag and drop which means you can just drag files from an Explorer window and drop them on the Wizard. The Wizard can be installed from the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the page. It only needs to be installed once. Internet Explorer users can use either the Active-X or Java version. Firefox, Chrome and Safari users must use the Java version.

If you have are a frequent FTP user and have already created an account:
First, you must install the Wizard.
  1. Starting at your Home screen, which is accessed from the “Home” link on the left navigation pane.
  2. Click on the folder you want to upload your file to. 
  3. Once you locate the proper folder/subfolder, go down to “Upload Files Now…“ located towards the bottom of the page.
  4. Click the link that says "CLICK HERE to Launch the Upload/Download Wizard".
  5. At the top of the Wizard, click "Add File" to browse for the file you wish to load.
  6. Once you have located the file, click "Open".
  7. The file path will appear in the Wizard. Click "Next".
  8. Under "Choose Upload Options" make sure "Upload files individually" is checked, then click "Next".
  9. Once your transfer is complete click "OK".
Your file has now been loaded to the FTP site and you are done.
A. First you must install the Wizard. When you select a folder to Upload using the Wizard, it only uploads the contents of the folder and does not create the folder name on the SFTP server. The Vendor is promising to fix this is a future release so until then we are going to show you how to create a new folder on the SFTP server.

  1. Starting at your Home screen, which is accessed from the “Home” link on the left navigation pane.
  2. Click the “Add Folder” button. 
  3. Fill in the “Name:” field and click “Add Folder”. 
  4. Go back to the Home screen using the Home link on the left navigation pane. Click on the folder you just created. 
  5. Under “Upload Files Now…“ notice the “Select a folder:” box has the folder that you will be uploading to.  
  6. Click the “CLICK HERE to Launch the Upload/Download Wizard” link. 
  7. Click the “Add Folder” button and a dialog will pop up to select a folder on your PC. 
  8. Select the directory you would like to upload your file to and click the “OK” button. 
  9. Click the “OK” button again. 
  10. The Wizard dialog will be updated with the list of files to be uploaded. 
  11. Click “Next”. 
  12. Click “Next again” and the upload will begin. 
  13. Once the upload is complete, a message will appear that says “Transfer Complete”.  Click “OK”.
Your folder has now been uploaded and you are done.

A. 
  1. Starting at your Home screen, which is accessed from the “Home” link on the left navigation pane.
  2. Click on the folder that the file you wish to delete is located in.
  3. Click the check mark box to the left of the name of the file you wish to delete.
  4. Scroll down, under "Selected File/Folder Actions" click "Delete".
  5. You will be asked to "Confirm File Deletion", click "Yes".
Your file has now been deleted and you are done.
A. You cannot move a file from one folder to another.  Please delete the file and re-upload the file to the proper folder.
