Human Resources Services

The Human Resources Services division provides leadership and support for staff at Erie 1 BOCES.  Although the primary focus of this division is internal, the following services are offered to school districts: Substitute Call-In Service (Clerical Person), Substitute Call-in Service (Automated) and Certification Services.

The nearly 1100 employees of the Erie 1 Board of Cooperative Educational Services are our most vital resource in providing quality, cost-efficient services to our 20 component school districts.

Our locations include the West Seneca Education Campus, three career & technical education centers, as well as sites for alternative education, workforce development and special education classes in several component school districts.
