Mission Statement

Recognizing that a diverse staff is essential to our success, Erie 1 BOCES has established an Equity and Diversity Council to ensure that Erie 1 BOCES is an organization of opportunity for all employees.  The council is a logical extension of our service vision to understand and commit to the populations we serve.
