Understanding the requirements of the school districts we serve is the cornerstone of Technology Services' endeavors in providing and refining existing services, as well as, in developing new service offerings. District visits by service managers and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), focus groups to evaluate and select new products, customer satisfaction & preference surveys, and the region's representative WNYRIC Advisory Council are some of the methods we employ in our sincere effort to satisfy school district requirements. Equally important is keeping school districts informed utilizing our Web site, boomerang faxes, end user informational meetings and newsletters (such as the highly subscribed to Home Page).
