Baking & Pastry Arts
This class will teach you the skills you need for Baking and Pastry Arts.  In your hands-on education you will learn the basic principles of measurement, ingredient information, understanding yeast doughs, quickbreads, pies and tarts, and Cupcake/Cakes and Frostings.  The class will start with Health and Sanitation regulations that are required in any food related job.  You will also receive your ServSafe Certification.

Basic Professional Culinary Arts
Gain the basic skills and knowledge utilized by kitchen personnel, including sanitation, formulas, recipes and food cost control.  Learn to prepare basic menu items.  You will also receive your ServSafe Certification.
