MiddleTech Academy is a full-day educational program for academically and socially at-risk 7th and 8th grade students that incorporates Career and Technical Education and state-of-the-art Maker Space experiences as part of a project-based curriculum.
The program focuses on core academic areas with an infusion of project-based learning and career exploration. Students will be given an opportunity to apply skills using innovative technology coupled with real-world simulations.
Our goal is to provide students with non-traditional classroom opportunities that promote teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills. MiddleTech students will learn skills essential to becoming a successful leader in an academic, work, or community environment.

Student Registration (Year-Round Enrollment)
The following steps are necessary to complete student registration:
- School Counselors submit Registration Form and all required documentation to: Alternative Education or fax (716) 821-7082.
- We will contact the student and parent to plan a tour and orientation session.
The student files will not be reviewed until all information has been received and signed.
