Central Business Office
Established in 2012, the Erie 1 BOCES Central Business Office (CBO) began as a pilot initiative serving two school districts with claims auditing services, supported by a dedicated team of three employees.
Today, our office provides:
- Claims auditing services for 12 school districts

Payroll services for four school districts

Accounts payable services for one district
Our team has grown to include nine knowledgeable and dedicated professionals. While we primarily serve districts throughout the Western New York region, our work extends across the state, reaching as far as Westchester County.

Successful service delivery is built on strong collaboration. We work closely with each district and require a designated point of contact to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
Erie 1 BOCES Accounts Payable & Payroll
Attention E1B Vendors
The CBO does not handle financial transactions for Erie 1 BOCES. The Accounts Payable Department is responsible for processing Erie 1 BOCES vendor invoices. For Accounts Payable inquiries, please email ap@e1b.org.

The Finance and Legislation (F&L) Service is a prerequisite for participation in the Erie 1 BOCES Central Business Office (CBO).
