Joe Wild is a lifelong resident of Buffalo, New York, where he was raised before attending St. Bonaventure University. Following college, he proudly served in the military, an experience that helped shape his commitment to leadership and service. He remains actively involved in the Western New York community and serves on the Board of Directors for Shea’s Performing Arts Center.

With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Joe has built an accomplished career as both a healthcare consultant and health insurance executive. He has held senior leadership positions with several major health plans, including serving as Senior Vice President at Independent Health, Vice President at MVP Health Care for 13 years, and in national leadership roles with Cigna and Aetna. Throughout his career, he has managed large national client accounts, including organizations such as UPS and Home Depot, and has developed expertise in healthcare strategy, benefits administration, and client relations.

Joe has also been recognized for his work in healthcare education and collaboration. For more than a decade, he partnered with Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) to develop and present educational seminars on healthcare reform, Affordable Care Act requirements, healthcare alternatives, and employee benefits. He has been a frequent presenter for coalitions, consortiums, and professional associations and has assisted leaders in the development of the New York 44 School Consortium’s healthcare purchasing initiative. In addition, he has established advisory boards for three separate health plans, helping organizations strengthen stakeholder engagement and improve healthcare decision-making.

Chuck Gamsu is a highly regarded pharmacy benefit expert with over 25 years of experience in healthcare.  He began his career as a hospital pharmacist and managed several retail pharmacies as a community pharmacist. As a Principal with SkySail Rx, Chuck helped grow the company over 6 years and recently merged with Milliman. Prior to SkySail Rx, Chuck spent 11 years with Envision Rx as a Senior Vice President providing PBM services for a variety of Taft Hartley Union Funds, Medicare Part D and Medicaid Health Plans and as well as Self-Insured Employers.

His strong clinical knowledge and business experience provide him with a unique perspective.  As a trusted strategic pharmacy benefits advisor, Chuck has the ability to identify trends and offer potential options to mitigate risk and offer cost effective solutions.

Chuck is a registered pharmacist, has an M.B.A in Health Care Management from Boston University and is a graduate of The University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Pharmacy.

With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Hes has built a distinguished career as a pediatrician, emergency physician, and nationally recognized obesity medicine specialist, mentoring and training many of today’s leading obesity medicine experts. In 2011, Dr. Hes was appointed to the inaugural Board of Directors of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, where she served for eight years and helped shape the foundation of the specialty. She was among the earliest physicians to integrate GLP-1 receptor agonists into patient care, anticipating their transformative impact on obesity treatment.

A board-certified physician and diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM), she has been consistently recognized among New York’s Top Doctors by Castle Connolly and New York Magazine, and honored with the Exceptional Women in Medicine award.

Dr. Hes completed her residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, where she pioneered clinical research in obesity medicine well before it was recognized as a specialty.

Greta Engle Kessler has worked on behalf of national and regional employers in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She is a results-driven professional whose personal mission is to improve the health care and benefits experience of her clients. This includes strategies which cuts costs while driving better clinical value with life saving programs. She focuses on proven population health and pharmacy programs to ensure employees and their families have the resources they need to reduce preventable disease and effectively manage chronic illnesses.

Greta was appointed by her home state’s Governor to serve two terms as a subject matter expert on pharmacy affordability; a project to create pricing controls for her community.

The national Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) worked with Greta on Congressional testimony for her knowledge of employee benefit and workplace policy trends, which included leave management. She has offered testimony in her home state in a variety of areas including workplace violence prevention.

Greta collaborates with MARSH’s Global Head of Government Relations on a variety of issues including pharmacy revenue transparency.
