Brian Doyle, Esq. Honored by NYSPELRA

Brian Doyle, Esq., Deputy General Counsel and Manager of Labor Relations at Erie 1 BOCES, received the William L. Holcomb award from the New York State Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NYSPELRA) at its annual conference. 

The award recognizes a labor relations official who has demonstrated exceptional achievement in public service advocating on behalf of public employers and the citizens of New York State in the field of public sector labor relations. 

In the speech announcing the award, Brian was commended for his commitment to the practice of labor relations and his willingness to mentor and guide others in the field. Brian’s successful career has spanned more than 30 years, starting from his days in law enforcement while he went to Law School, to his current role at Erie 1 BOCES.
