Day Classes *New Location Beginning July 2025!

Classes are located in classroom #1, inside the community center within the business park. Northpointe Parkway runs between Sweet Home Road and North French Road and this location is closest to Sweet Home Road. Enter through Door B, where you will see two mailboxes in the entrance of the parking lot.

Mixed Level Classes (Beginner and Intermediate)

Sweet Home High School
Evening Classes

1901 Sweet Home Road | Amherst, NY 14228
Located near the University of Buffalo - North Campus. Enter through the "Door #4" Entrance in the north parking lot near the field of grass. Classes are held in Room 109 and Room 110.

Beginner and Intermediate Classes
Wednesdays and Thursdays
5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Maryvale Primary School
Evening Classes

1 Nagel Drive | Cheektowaga, NY 14225
Enter through "Door #4" entrance located on the side of the building, next to the parking lot and the fenced grass field. Classes are held in the Bookroom down the hallway from the main entrance.

Beginner Classes
Mondays and Wednesdays
6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
*Limited seating available. Regular attendance is mandatory. No children allowed.

Orientation is Required for All Students

New and returning students must attend Orientation before they can begin taking classes for the new school year (beginning July 21, 2025) at Maryvale Primary School, Northwest Amherst Community Center or Sweet Home High School. During Orientation you will fill out registration paperwork and complete a verbal and written assessment.

• On-site Orientations are available select days at each location. Attend Orientation at the location you plan to attend classes OR at Erie 1 BOCES Workforce Development North Campus (1526 Walden Avenue, Suite 200, Cheektowaga, NY 14225). You may attend a day or evening Orientation for both day and evening classes.
• You are welcome to bring a counselor, caseworker, friend or family member to assist you with paperwork.
• Please arrive on time for orientation.
• Next enrollment period is September 2025.
