The Purchasing Department is responsible for all functions related to the purchasing of goods and services for Erie 1 BOCES as well as facilitating Cooperative Bids for our participating component districts. Our goal is to purchase competitively and to obtain the maximum value for every dollar expended.

Erie 1 BOCES coordinates cooperative bids by working with school representatives to establish standards required for necessary items, soliciting bids from vendors, coordinating bid analysis and making award recommendations. This results in considerable savings of both money and time for the individual participants.
