Vaccination Policy for LPN Class
All students who wish to enroll in the Licensed Practical Nursing program must submit acceptable documentation of having been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as required by our clinical facilities. See below for more information.
Please be advised, at this time our partnering clinical facilities (including ECMC, Kaleida and Catholic Health) are requiring staff and students who participate in clinical experiences at their site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated is defined as two weeks after the second dose of Pfizer or Moderna or two weeks after one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
Without the ability to fully participate in the clinical experiences, students who are not vaccinated will be in jeopardy of not meeting the qualifications for graduation and licensure.
