Erie 1 BOCES' Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs provide exciting opportunities for students to explore their passions and possible career paths. Students graduate from their high school with college credits, technical experience and industry certifications in high skill, high-demand fields.
- 11th and 12th graders can participate in one and two year CTE programs.
- Career Exploration is available for 10th graders!
- Most students earn 3.75 credits per year (academic credit is available).
- Hands-on, real world programs are taught by NYS certified industry experts.
- Students can participate in SkillsUSA industry-sponsored competitions and internships.

Erie 1 BOCES is connected to hundreds of area employers who have a vested interest in our programs. Students can participate in internships and job shadowing experiences while making connections with potential employers. - Helps students get a head start on college while saving money.
Students can earn post-secondary credits in high school and enter college in advanced standings, saving money on tuition and books. - Connects academics to real-world success.
Valuable hands-on opportunities can unlock those "aha" moments when students see connections between what they're learning and how they can apply those skills in the real world. These experiences, in turn, help students choose their college majors or career paths while earning industry experience and certifications.

All complaints will be treated in a confidential manner. Anonymous reports may limit the district's ability to respond to the complaint.
