Frequent FTP Users: How to Create an Account
- Fill out the request form
- You will receive a temporary password via e-mail within two business days
- Using your e-mail address and temporary password, visit eBOCES to set up your permanent password and establish your forgotten password questions/answers.
- Now that your account is fully set up, log into Print/Graphics FTP site
- Set up your wizard
- You are now ready to use the site to upload your files

Q. What is the Upload/Download Wizard? |
The Wizard is a browser plug-in which allows you to upload/download multiple files or folders. It supports drag and drop which means you can just drag files from an Explorer window and drop them on the Wizard. The Wizard can be installed from the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the page. It only needs to be installed once. Internet Explorer users can use either the Active-X or Java version. Firefox, Chrome and Safari users must use the Java version. |

Q. How do I upload a folder? |
First you must install the Wizard. When you select a folder to Upload using the Wizard, it only uploads the contents of the folder and does not create the folder name on the SFTP server. The Vendor is promising to fix this is a future release so until then we are going to show you how to create a new folder on the SFTP server. Starting at your Home screen, which is accessed from the “Home” link on the left navigation pane. |
Q. How do I delete a file? |
Starting at your Home screen, which is accessed from the “Home” link on the left navigation pane.
Click on the folder that the file you wish to delete is located in. |
Q. How do I move a file into a different folder? |
You cannot move a file from one folder to another. Please delete the file and re-upload the file to the proper folder. |
