About the OPALS Library Automation Service
The OPALS Library Automation Service (CoSer) provides full automation of a school library. Our library automation team works to coordinate all aspects of planning, implementation, and ongoing training and support for libraries using the company's integrated library automation system.

Which OPALS library automation software does the WNYRIC regional library automation service support? We support the current version of the OPALS MediaFlex open-source software supplied by the vendor. Additional support is provided on the BEST-MARC Metadata Management service as well as the add-on modules for OPALS (equipment, textbook and DPS database management client).
